I found that they turn out to be much more presentable when I use two slices of bacon per pepper (complete coverage), The first bacon strip, I wrap the pepper lengthwise, then I wrap around with the second strip, and then I secure them with cooking twine… They are completely encapsulated, and the bacon seals everything in…. It's a little bit more work, but worth it in the end when they hit your plate.

  2. Just remember when you're cooking with Jalapeño Peppers to not rub your eyes or your crotch. Lol. I've burned my eyes once and I'm always extra careful now. Lolololol

  3. These are literally my go-to snacks anytime I fire up the smoker that always get made when I'm cooking up something else. Glad to see this video pop back into my feed a few years later
