Bought a couple bags of these at the Cabot Farmers store in Waterbury. Pleasing, lingering burn and delicious cheddar taste. I wish these were National because it’s truly a fantastic product!

Cabot habanero cheese was a must have for my sandwiches, but my local store stopped stocking it. I bet these are terrific
