This is one of my many variations on my original chili recipe from 1975.
This recipe features the great green chili. Most restaurants in New Mexico
offer green chili in that state… everything from on hamburgers and hot dogs, to breakfast items, along with normal Mexican dishes. Green chili is essential in our house. Green Chili/hamburger pizza, green chili in our omelettes, green chili quesadillas, green chili in our enchiladas, green chili stew, green chili on our potato nachos.. We use them a lot.
