  1. i tried the recipe today. IT WAS SOOO DELICIOUS !! Thank you for sharing and good luck.

  2. I made this for dinner today and it was so good. I use bone in skinless chicken thighs and I ended up putting the chicken in a casserole dish and put the roasted pepper sauce over it and let it set on warm.

  3. I like how you make seemingly simple dishes look incredible by presenting it plated in very elegant ways. They just look so delicious to the eyes at first glance and actually are. I'm also wondering if I can make a nice Mango sauce the same way you made the pepper sauce however just with using some good Mango instead.

  4. The dish looks awesome but u lost me with the Brussel sprouts blah!!! What can I substitute them with plz..

Update I just made this dish with shredded zucchini and used cilantro instead of parsley plated well and tasted amazing… food processor works well for liquified sauce.

  5. Gorgeous!!! The sauce is absolutely brilliant, potatoes and sprouts yum

  6. Would be nice if the link for the ingredients was directly to the recipe instead of the blog home page.

  7. Came across this recipe last year but never had time to cook. Do you not put salt in the sauted vegetable? I will be trying this tonight. I hope I pass

  8. Since I am working remotely, I have been making some of my saved YouTube recipes. This evening, I made this dish, substituting the potatoes with sweet potatoes. Also, I brined my chicken breasts the day before. Not only did it look lovely on the plate (orange sweet potatoes and red-pepper sauce), but I can confirm it is delicious. I am not big on Brussels sprouts, but they were fine in this format (sort of like hash). Anyway, I do recommend this recipe👍🏾.

  9. Good grief, is it a condition of being a chef that your hands have to be made of cast iron LOL. No way I could turn that chicken breast the way he did!
