2 1/2 ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 large yellow onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 28 oz can crushed San Marzano Tomatoes
1 14 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
Half can 4oz tomato paste
3 to 4 14oz can dark red kidney beans
1 can of light beer
1/2 white wine
4 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/3 cup tablespoons of chill powder
1 tablespoons ground cumin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tablespoon apple cider
3 bay leaves
Pinch of cayenne or to taste
Pinch of cinnamon
Dash hot sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

3 tablespoons fresh Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Blend sour cream, cilantro and 1/2 cumin in food processor until smooth
