This smokey and spicy no bean chili is low carb, great for those on keto or atkins diets. Even if you arn’t, its really tasty. Its easy to make and needs minimal attention when its stewing.
Ingredients
1 ½ Kg (3.3 lbs) Lean Mince
2 onion, chopped
2 bell pepper, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 cup beef stock,
1 tbsp. cumin
½ cup tomato paste
½ tbsp. chili flakes (to preference)
2 x 400g tins chopped tomato
2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for smokiness)
A glug of oil for frying
