Saves time in the kitchen | Chili ginger paste | Staples in my fridge

Chili Ginger Paste is one of the staples I have in my fridge. It saves time while cooking.

Ingredients
1/2 cup chili flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 medium size ginger
1 head of garlic

Preparation
Put pieces of ginger, garlic, chili flakes and olive oil into a food processor. Crash all ingredients into a nice fragrant paste. Transfer your paste into an airtight container. Keep it in the fridge for up to 2-3 months. Use it according to recipes.
