GULAY AT MANOK GUISADO
INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MARINADE:
230 grams – FRESH CHICKEN
1 tsp – white pepper powder
1 tsp – table salt
2 tbsp – cornstarch
1 cup – olive oil (for frying)
3 tbsp – used olive oil (for stir frying)
1/3 head – garlic
12 pcs – spicy chillis (8 pcs for garnish)
1/3 head – white onion
1 tbsp – Filipino shrimp sauce
1 cup – cherry tomatoes
1 bowl – thinly sliced radish
1/2 tsp – chicken powder
1/2 tsp – sugar
1 pc – green long chili
1 cup – pechay
THICKENING SAUCE
1/2 cup – water
1 tablespoonful – cornstarch
Cooking time approximately 30 minutes
Serving: 2+ people
